Fair odds below come from the exact block formula (blocks = floor((progress + w·10¹²/D)/10⁹) − height) applied to the trailing work distribution of the last … rounds. The hamster is bimodal — it either sleeps or sprints — so the middle bands are nearly empty. Regime warning: if Squeektoshi goes back to sleep like 4–7 Nov (6.2 work/round), the 11+ band collapses. Odds refresh with live difficulty.
YES/NO market, resolved from SqueekCore.state().blockHeight (monotonic — YES can resolve early once the height is reached).
Round markets: the contract calls SqueekCore.roundPage(N−1, N, 2) and computes floor(end.cumulativeBlockUnits/10⁹) − floor(start.cumulativeBlockUnits/10⁹). Anyone can call resolve() once settledThroughRound ≥ N.
Milestone markets: the contract reads state().blockHeight. YES wins the moment the height is reached; NO wins only after the deadline round is settled and the height is still short.
Bets close at the start of the round they are about (genesis + (N−1)·600), so nobody bets with knowledge of that round's work. Winners split the whole pool, pro-rata, 0% fee in v1. If a market can never resolve, anyone can void it 7 days after betting closes and every bettor is refunded in full.

Work per round is sampled from the trailing empirical distribution (recent settled rounds, zero-work rounds included). Difficulty is held at its live value for the projection — in reality difficulty steers 1/30 of the way toward the 40-blocks-per-active-round target after every busy round, so long-horizon milestone odds are estimates, not prices. The model is shown next to the market so you can disagree with it — the market price is whatever bettors make it.
